Laboratory Hours

The lab sample drop-off service is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. If the office is unattended there are submission forms and a bucket just outside the front door - simply fill out a form and leave your samples and form in the bucket. You cannot drop off samples outside office hours, as the front gate is locked.

Please call ahead of time if your samples are urgent, or you're unsure if we're open. For urgent export fluke tests please give us at least a day's notice so we can schedule accordingly.

Samples arriving by Express Post receive priority processing.

We usually return results in 2 working days from receipt of the samples, but it may take longer during busy periods or around holidays.
